I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and who sent good thoughts my direction during my surgery on the 27th.  Things went very well.  There were no complications and though I have been running a fever ever since, it hasn't been high enough to cause alarm.  I was released from the hospital in just 30 hours, which seems pretty amazing to me after major surgery!  I've been tired, but that's to be expected.  I'm grateful for the pain medication...it makes life bearable right now, wimp that I am.  I'm sleeping a great deal, walking as much as I can (I've heard walking really helps the healing process) and not doing much of anything else in between.  But I'm home, which is wonderful, and am thrilled the hard part is over!!!

I haven't even recovered from surgery yet and the medical bills are rolling in.  Whew!  I've started a "price zapping" sale to try to raise some money to help pay them all off, hopefully before I die!!!!  So, as you shop, watch for the lightening bolt sign...those items have been marked down...a lot of them below my cost, just because I need to raise some cash quickly. 

I'm doing better.  Still sore and I get tired easily, which is why it's taking me awhile to get all the discounts completed on the site.  I've been trying to work from home and I'm amazed at how quickly I run out of steam and how hard it is to concentrate.  I'll be glad when I've totally recovered.  At least I'm closer today than I was a few weeks ago!!

My next project is to get all my tax stuff together...ugh!  I planned on having it all done by now, but my good intentions haven't gotten the work done.  I hate the "T" word, don't you?  I'm always terrified I'll owe money and the government isn't forgiving if you don't have it.  I'm going to have to face my fears, however, and get after it.  There isn't much time left.  Who knows, I may be having a "medical bills and tax bill" sale...
