The MSN debacle continues. Evidently, being "elevated to the highest level of support" at MSN is something like being filed in file 13 or being placed on permanent hold. It has been over 2 months now and they still haven't come up with a solution to their problem. They still won't accept my credit card...which is valid every other place on the planet except at MSN...because of some system glitch. Won't accept payment by check. And now, they are threatening to cancel my account. I'm trying to get some media group to take interest, as I am not the only one experiencing this problem with them. They have yet to call me back, but continue to send escalating threatening e-mails warning me of interruption of service. It's THEIR PROBLEM, but they are going to cut me off? I've been a customer for almost 7 years. They have put me through hell in this nightmarish situation and now, though it's their fault and their problem and their error, they are going to cut me off. Amazing. Tell your friends. MSN has the worst "customer service" of any company I have ever encountered. Beware! They will treat you like dirt, even though they are at fault. I'll keep you posted, but I don't see any good ending here...
